About Our Team
SolovatSoft was started as a subsidiary of American Computer Systems, Inc and from the beginning has focused primarily on end-to-end projects rather than staff augmentation. Consequently, our goal was to recruit the finest technology professionals in the world. We believed Russia was the world's best overall market in terms of cost, technical expertise and sheer ease of doing business.
Over the years, we have grown to become the most desired company to work for in all of Russia, as indicated by student's own rankings at the leading engineering schools in Russia. With this ability to recruit the best and brightest from Russia's excellent technical universities, we are able to provide our clients with the access to the latest technology skills, while keeping development costs low.
We understand that the single most important asset in the software consulting business is people. Throughout several years of operations, SolovatSoft has constantly sought to retain top professionals. Most of those who helped us launch the company are now part of senior management and form a solid backbone for intra-company relationships.
Our success is built upon a pool of over 136 employees 90% of which are software engineers; an emphasis in training programs; and a robust infrastructure to facilitate performance and guarantee results. SolovatSoft Sales and Project Management office is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and R&D Center in Voronez, Russia. SolovatSoft occupies 1000 square feet of office space with a capacity to employ 150 software professionals.
Most of our employees (87%) have been working in SolovatSoft for more then 3 years. About 50% of them have been working in our company for 5+ years
All our professionals have graduated from the leading Russian Universities.
All of the team members have at least 5 years experience in the field and are certified professionals. Staff education and certification endorsement program are in place. Most employees are English speakers.
